2004, senior student-athletes receiving $1,000 scholarships from the
Athletic Booster Club will be listed with their photograph.
(Please read the message from the current Booster Club President
below for additional information about how to apply if you are a
parent of a senior student-athlete.)

Dear Booster Club Members of Jersey
Village Seniors:
The Jersey Village All Sports Booster Club each year offers up to
fifteen scholarships to senior student-athletes whose parents are
members of the Booster Club as of March 31st. Each scholarship will be worth
$1,000.00 . . . Applications will be mailed to all eligible Senior
athletes the first week of April or you may contact:

| Please note that athletes who have
received a full athletic scholarship to any college or university
will NOT be eligible to receive one of these scholarships. Scholarship
funds can only be used for tuition to the school that you are in
enrolling in.
Deadline for all applications is April 30th. The
scholarships will be awarded at the All Sports Banquet in May.
